Chimichurri Sauce Ingredients:
🔸1 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley, tightly packed
🔸1 cup fresh cilantro, tightly packed
🔸1/2 cup diced red onion
🔸3 Tablespoons fresh oregano, tightly packed
🔸3 cloves of garlic, peeled
🔸2 Tablespoons fresh lemon or lime juice
🔸2 Tablespoons red wine vinegar
🔸¼ tsp sea salt
🔸¼ tsp freshly-ground black pepper
🔸¼ tsp red pepper flakes, or more, to taste
🔸½ cup good-quality olive oil

I’m not great at measuring but this recipe is very forgiving so feel free to make it your own. Also, I used avocado oil instead of olive and it was fine.
